How Simon Bastone Associates Ltd became ISO 9001:2015 certified

Simon Bastone Associates Ltd needed to implement a Quality Management System (QMS) according to the most recent ISO 9001 standard and evidence of this and its implementation into the organisation had to be provided at a Stage 1 and Stage 2 Audit that was assessed by an External UKAS accredited Auditor.  Further to this our certification was granted by the British Assessment Bureau (BAB). Annual assessments are undertaken by External Auditors to ensure that the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 certification are being maintained.
