Client Instructions
When you instruct Simon Bastone Associates Ltd we ask you to provide your details, which may include personal details such as contact names and telephone numbers, as well as billing/delivery addresses, email addresses and bank account details. We collect this information so that we can fulfil your requirements. The legal ground for processing this information for these purposes is performance of a contract.
When you instruct us, we retain your details for a period of 12 years. This is to enable us to help identify and resolve errors, answer your queries. We may also use it to notify you about changes to our terms and conditions or privacy policy and notifying you about fee changes.
We may also process your email address to send you marketing information about our services. The legal ground for processing your email address for this purpose is your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us by sending an email to admin@sb-a.co.uk quoting ‘Unsubscribe’ in the Subject field.
If you instruct us via email or telephone, we will collect your contact details. We collect this information so that we can fulfil your project instructions. The legal ground for processing this information for these purposes is performance of a contract.
The personal data that we collect when an instruction is made is confidential. We may disclose personal data about you to others:

(b) to comply with a legal obligation;
(c) to enforce any of our terms and conditions or policies; or
(d) to pursue available legal remedies or defend legal claims.
