Insurance Claims, Monitoring and Testing

We provide a service to insurance companies and loss adjusters where a quick response is required, which is essential for storm and fire damage in particular. Initially we carry out a safety audit on the structure to determine if it is safe to access by emergency services and the design team. Following this, emergency measures are put in place and we carry out design for temporary works and initial repairs as required. Our service extends to all structural elements of repair, including a schedule of work and this can extend to a building regulation application and overseeing the work.

We also carry out monitoring and testing of structures, not only for insurance companies, but for Clients who have issues with the quality of a structure or where structural movement is suspected.
