Quality Policy

Simon Bastone Associates Ltd are Structural and Civil Engineering Consultants and we aim to meet the individual requirements of our clients, both commercial and domestic, in an accurate and timely manner. 

We are committed to improving processes to meet customer satisfaction, and we aim to achieve this by: 

  • Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction 
  • Completing deliverables in accordance with an agreed scope a timely manner 
  • Completing the relevant checks and checklists before issuing deliverables 
  • Ensuring we are continuously up to date with legislation and industry standards 
  • Providing continuous customer support to our clients 
  • Regularly updating our policies and procedures in line with the Quality Management System 
  • Ensuring our staff undertake continual CPD training and keep records of this. 
  • Provides a framework for setting quality objectives 
  • Working ethically and following all codes of conduct 
  • Improving the effectiveness of our Quality Management System 
  • Achieving and maintaining ISO 9001 certification 

The above policy has been communicated to all employees within the organisation and to our subcontractors and understood. This is available to all interested parties and is in line with our company’s implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS).

This policy will be reviewed on an annual basis and updated if any changes are applicable.
