Much of our work is associated with housing for both domestic and commercial Clients. Our work ranges from a single beam calculation for an extension or loft conversion ranging up to a full structural package for new housing, remodelling of an existing house and flats. This involves not only design of beams, but assessment of the stability of a building, particularly where large window openings are involved, which is often the case with modern housing. We also provide design of foundations, drainage, driveways and retaining walls as required.
