Longclose Farm Barn Conversions

Type: Residential Barn Conversion by Commercial Developer Location: Goveton, Kingsbridge, South Devon

This was an extensive project for conversion of a complex of historic barns into 21 residential properties. The work involved extensive renovation of existing barns together with strengthening of roof structures, floors, and repairs to external walls. From the photographs, it can be seen that this is a high quality development for which careful structural consideration was required.
