High View House

Type: New Contemporary House Location: Exeter, Devon

This is a large 5 bedroom private residence constructed on a sloping site. The structural engineering services included groundworks (retaining walls and foundations) and superstructure which included full structural design and detailing of the property.

The timber frame was manufactured off site to enable fast on-site construction. To achieve the level of finishes required for this building, detailed drawings were produced for all structural elements which were carefully integrated with the architectural design. The use of regular site inspections ensured quality of construction.
