We have been commissioned to carry out an assessment of existing piled river walls and a major stone retaining wall fronting the river for this development of 53 homes and 132 parking spaces for Cavanna Homes (Devon) Ltd.

The work involves detailed inspection and assessment of the structures with remedial proposals and full detailed designs. We are also designing new piled river walls.

We were also appointed by the contractor, on a design and build basis, to provide design for a new sheet piled quay wall. This involved assessment of site conditions, soil investigation data and working out the most cost effective method of construction. A bespoke method of anchoring the piles was adopted.
